
Weird and Wonderful Sea Creatures (FULLY BOOKED)
As part of the Student Summer Programme, the National Museum of Natural History is hosting Weird and Wonderful Sea Creatures on September 14th between 9:30am and 11:00am. Young people aged 6 and above will explore the mysteries of ocean life, encountering extraordinary marine animals such as jellyfish, lionfish, seasnails, and many other species. The session examines how these creatures navigate their habitats, adapt to survive, and employ defensive strategies while investigating the distinctive characteristics that make them special and their significance within ocean ecosystems. Through interactive exploration and discussion, participants will develop a deeper understanding of the remarkable variety of marine life. The cost is €10 per child, which covers entry for one supervising adult as well. Booking is available online or at Heritage Malta locations and venues.
