Tiny creatures, big trouble
As part of the Student Summer Programme, the National Museum of Natural History is hosting Tiny Creatures, Big Trouble on 15th July between 5:30pm and 7:00pm. Young learners aged 6 and above will explore the fascinating realm of microorganisms, germs, and parasitic life through this interactive session. Participants will learn about the movement and spread of these invisible organisms and their impact on our environment. The programme combines engaging conversation with practical activities that reveal the remarkable influence microscopic life has exerted throughout human history, offering children an educational blend of scientific discovery and historical context suited to their age group. The cost per participant is €10, which covers admission for the child plus one adult guardian. Online booking is available, or attendees may purchase tickets directly at Heritage Malta locations and museum facilities.
