
Creative Cooking Sessions (3-5 years)
Craft and Play presents a summer program in August 2026 tailored to two age groups. The blue tier accommodates children ages 6–10 and features crafting and cooking workshops, while the orange tier serves ages 3–5 with sensory exploration and food preparation activities. Week 1 opens on Saturday, August 1, with a slime-making craft for the older group from 9:00–10:30 AM, followed by a tiramisu cooking class from 12:00–2:00 PM. Week 2 spans August 4–8. Tuesday, August 4 includes a rainbow sensory experience for younger children (2:30–4:00 PM) and fairy house construction for older kids (5:00–6:30 PM). Wednesday, August 5 offers kaleidoscope crafting for ages 6–10 at 3:00–4:30 PM and Oreo ball preparation for ages 3–5 from 5:00–6:30 PM. Thursday, August 6 features a space-themed plate cooking session (2:00–4:00 PM) and tabletop soccer building (5:00–6:30 PM) for the older group. Friday, August 7 brings banana cookie baking for younger participants (3:30–5:00 PM). Saturday, August 8 concludes the week with pasta sensory play for ages 3–5 (9:00–10:30 AM) and fruit animal cooking for the older children (12:00–2:00 PM). Week 3 runs August 11–15. Tuesday, August 11 includes flower and nature sensory activities (2:30–4:00 PM) and pocket painting crafts (5:00–6:30 PM). Wednesday, August 12 offers glow-in-the-dark owl painting (3:00–4:30 PM) and vegetable muffin baking for younger kids (5:00–6:30 PM). Thursday, August 13 features cannoli preparation (2:00–4:00 PM) and jewelry box crafting (5:00–6:30 PM). Friday, August 14 includes coral reef and sea-themed sensory exploration (3:30–5:00 PM).
