The Egg-cellent Painting Workshop

Offering children aged 6 and up an exciting opportunity as part of the Student Summer Programme, MUŻA hosts The Egg-cellent Painting Workshop on 29th June from 10:00am to 11:30am. Participants begin with a curator-led exploration of the museum's collections, examining the pigments, compositional approaches, and methods employed by renowned artists throughout history. Following this gallery experience, young artists move into the workshop space to gain practical experience in preparing egg tempera pigments and producing their own artwork based on inspiration gathered during the tour. The cost is €10 per child, with one adult admission included. Advance booking and same-day purchases are available through the Heritage Malta website and at all Heritage Malta venues.
