PAUSE - Disconnect to Reconnect

The evening is structured in two distinct phases. Silent Hour (7:00pm – 8:00pm) The first sixty minutes are dedicated to purposeful disconnection. Devices are put away, allowing participants to experience the space individually at their own pace. There are no scheduled activities or expectations for socializing. The focus is simply on savoring quiet time alongside others engaged in the same practice. Social Hour (8:00pm onwards) Following the silent period, the space transforms into a forum for dialogue. You'll have the opportunity to encounter others with shared interests, exchange thoughts, form friendships, or unwind with a beverage in a comfortable setting. The atmosphere is conversational and authentic—no forced professional mingling. Feel free to bring items that enhance your offline experience: Beverages and snacks can be purchased from the café during the event. Pause welcomes anyone seeking respite from the demands of modern life. Whether you're a student, artist, business owner, freelancer, office worker, or simply someone wanting to step away from technology and reconnect with yourself and your community, you belong here. Prior experience is not required. Attendees may come solo or with companions. Attendance at Pause is complimentary, though advance registration is mandatory due to limited availability.
