Echoes of Calm invites you to participate in a revitalizing yoga class positioned at Ħaġar Qim and Mnajdra Archaeological Park on Saturday, June 27th between 7:30am and 8:30am. Nestled near the impressive Ħaġar Qim with stunning coastal panoramas as your backdrop, this early morning experience provides an ideal serene setting for stillness, conscious breathing, and self-reflection. The class focuses on releasing stress and restoring equilibrium through soft, mindfully-guided postures paired with intentional breath work to boost both physical wellness and mental sharpness.
