(FULLY BOOKED) Mixja ma’ Mario Coleiro – Ħaż-Żabbar

Join Mario Coleiro for another guided walking tour, this time exploring the historic village of Ħaż-Żabbar on Sunday, November 1st. The group assembles at 10am in Pjazza Medjatriċi, where participants will learn about Notre Dame's architecture, the local printing press, and a war memorial. The route proceeds toward the Church of the Immaculate Conception and continues along Triq is-Santwarju, passing the stone statue of Madonna tal-Grazzja and the site where a Vulcan Bomber crashed. Moving onward via Triq il-Grazzji, walkers reach San Ġakbu Square to appreciate the village's central piazza before visiting the only church dedicated to Madonna tal-Indirizz. Throughout the journey, participants hear accounts of the San Mikiel Band Club, the French attack on Ħaż-Żabbar, and observe the Grazzja Band Club along Triq Bormla. The group then visits the Madonna tal-Grazzja Sanctuary for reflection before concluding at the Sanctuary Museum, where the tour ends.
