Juniors’ Discovery Tour – Student Passport

Children aged seven and up are welcome to join the Juniors' Discovery Tour at Domvs Romana in Rabat, Malta on Saturday, 13th June. Throughout the experience, young explorers will discover how the structure was unexpectedly found in 1881 and learn why experts now classify it as a domus—an urban residence—rather than the villa it was previously thought to be. As they navigate the building's different areas, visitors will immerse themselves in the sophisticated lifestyle of Roman aristocrats, the property-owning class, understanding their everyday habits, personal style, and domestic arrangements. The tour showcases the original levels of the residence, where decorative mosaic pavements and spatial design still demonstrate the home's past elegance. Sessions are scheduled for 1:30pm in English and 3:00pm in Maltese. Each ticket covers entry for one child plus one accompanying guardian and can be purchased through Store – Heritage Malta or at any Heritage Malta location.
