Cruising to Ta’ Ċenċ

Heritage Malta is organizing a special boat excursion departing on Sunday, August 16th, exploring the stunning coastal waters surrounding Ta' Ċenċ and the Blue Lagoon. The vessel will depart from Buġibba Jetty at 9:30am, returning by 5:00pm. During the journey along Gozo's southern shoreline, passengers will witness the breathtaking cliffs of Ta' Ċenċ, a protected conservation area distinguished by its dramatic, untamed landscape where sheer rock formations meet the sea. This region holds significant value both geologically and as a critical breeding ground for two shearwater species. The itinerary continues past Comino, where travelers will encounter the renowned Blue Lagoon, celebrated for its transparent emerald-colored waters and status as one of the Maltese archipelago's most treasured natural destinations.
