Creative Craft Sessions (6-10 years)
Craft and Play is hosting a series of activities throughout August 2026 designed for two age groups. 🟦 Blue Box programs serve children ages 6–10 and feature craft projects and cooking classes. 🟧 Orange Box programs are tailored for ages 3–5, offering sensory exploration and food preparation activities. **Week 1** Saturday, August 1: Join the 6–10 group at 9:00 AM–10:30 AM for a slime-making workshop, followed by a tiramisu preparation class from 12:00 PM–2:00 PM. **Week 2** Tuesday, August 4: The 3–5 age group participates in rainbow-colored sensory play from 2:30 PM–4:00 PM. At 5:00 PM–6:30 PM, older children construct fairy houses. Wednesday, August 5: Children ages 6–10 build kaleidoscopes from 3:00 PM–4:30 PM. The younger group (3–5) prepares Oreo balls from 5:00 PM–6:30 PM. Thursday, August 6: The 6–10 group creates space-themed plated designs from 2:00 PM–4:00 PM, then builds tabletop soccer games from 5:00 PM–6:30 PM. Friday, August 7: Ages 3–5 bake banana cookies from 3:30 PM–5:00 PM. Saturday, August 8: The 3–5 group enjoys pasta sensory activities from 9:00 AM–10:30 AM. The 6–10 group makes decorative fruit animals from 12:00 PM–2:00 PM. **Week 3** Tuesday, August 11: Ages 3–5 explore nature through sensory play from 2:30 PM–4:00 PM. Older children paint pocket designs from 5:00 PM–6:30 PM. Wednesday, August 12: Ages 6–10 paint glow-in-the-dark owls from 3:00 PM–4:30 PM. The 3–5 group bakes vegetable muffins from 5:00 PM–6:30 PM. Thursday, August 13: The 6–10 group makes cannoli from 2:00 PM–4:00 PM, then constructs decorated jewelry boxes from 5:00 PM–6:30 PM. Friday, August 14: Ages 3–5 explore coral reef and ocean-themed sensory play from 3:30 PM–5:00 PM.
