Creative Cooking Sessions (6-10 years)

Craft and Play is running a series of activities throughout August 2026 tailored to two age groups: children aged 6–10 (Blue Boxes) and children aged 3–5 (Orange Boxes). **Week 1** Saturday, August 1 features a Blue Box slime-making workshop from 9:00–10:30 AM, followed by a tiramisu cooking class from 12:00–2:00 PM. **Week 2** Tuesday, August 4 includes an Orange Box rainbow sensory experience from 2:30–4:00 PM and a Blue Box fairy house craft from 5:00–6:30 PM. Wednesday, August 5 offers a Blue Box kaleidoscope workshop from 3:00–4:30 PM and an Orange Box Oreo ball cooking session from 5:00–6:30 PM. Thursday, August 6 presents a Blue Box space-themed plate decorating class from 2:00–4:00 PM and a tabletop soccer craft from 5:00–6:30 PM. Friday, August 7 features banana cookie baking for the Orange Box group from 3:30–5:00 PM. Saturday, August 8 includes pasta sensory play for Orange Boxes from 9:00–10:30 AM and fruit animal food art for Blue Boxes from 12:00–2:00 PM. **Week 3** Tuesday, August 11 offers an Orange Box nature and flower sensory activity from 2:30–4:00 PM and a Blue Box pocket painting craft from 5:00–6:30 PM. Wednesday, August 12 features glow-in-the-dark owl painting for Blue Boxes from 3:00–4:30 PM and vegetable muffin baking for Orange Boxes from 5:00–6:30 PM. Thursday, August 13 includes cannoli making from 2:00–4:00 PM and jewelry box crafting from 5:00–6:30 PM for Blue Boxes. Friday, August 14 features a coral reef and sea-themed sensory experience for Orange Boxes from 3:30–5:00 PM.
