Creative Cooking Sessions (3-5 years)
Craft and Play is presenting a month-long program in August 2026 tailored to two age ranges. The Blue Box track serves children ages 6–10 with craft projects and cooking classes, while the Orange Box track is designed for ages 3–5 featuring tactile play and food preparation activities. The first week kicks off on Saturday, August 1, with a slime-making workshop from 9:00–10:30 AM for the older group, followed by a tiramisu-making session from 12:00–2:00 PM. Week two runs August 2–8 with varied daily offerings. On Tuesday, August 4, younger children enjoy a rainbow-colored sensory experience (2:30–4:00 PM), while older kids build fairy houses (5:00–6:30 PM). Wednesday, August 5, features a kaleidoscope craft for ages 6–10 (3:00–4:30 PM) and oreo ball cooking for the younger set (5:00–6:30 PM). Thursday, August 6, brings space-themed plate decorating (2:00–4:00 PM) and table soccer construction (5:00–6:30 PM) for the older group. On Friday, August 7, ages 3–5 prepare banana cookies from 3:30–5:00 PM. Saturday, August 8, features pasta sensory play for younger children (9:00–10:30 AM) and fruit animal creation for older kids (12:00–2:00 PM). Week three (August 9–15) includes nature-themed sensory play and pocket painting on Tuesday, August 11; glow-in-the-dark owl painting and veggie muffins on Wednesday, August 12; cannoli making and jewelry box crafting on Thursday, August 13; and coral reef sensory activities on Friday, August 14.
