Breathwork with Neil Agius
Experience an engaging breathwork and cold exposure session at the historic Fort St Elmo on Sunday, June 21st, running from 9:30am to 11:00am. Led by Neil Agius, this transformative workshop takes place within the fort's dramatic fortifications and blends guided breathing practices with controlled ice immersion using ice trays. Seated on your mat, you'll learn breathing techniques from Neil while experimenting with brief ice hand exposure, building your capacity to maintain composure during challenging moments. Neil draws upon his distinguished background as a two-time world record holder in open water swimming to share motivational narratives about perseverance, authenticity, and collaboration. These personal accounts become actionable strategies for everyday application, enabling you to enhance stress management, sharpen mental clarity, and strengthen emotional resilience. The session develops your ability to manage your nervous system response when facing pressure.
